Thompson’s Point Residence

Located on the edge of Lake Champlain, Thompson’s Point Residence is a sophisticated residence for living and entertaining. The one of a kind architecture includes curvilinear exterior walls and interconnected zinc roof forms evocative of the shingle style. The bridged opening leads to the waterfront where the outdoor space is edged with a Panton stone seawall. The wall acts as both a buffer from the elements and an elegant access to the lake.

The interior of the house includes numerous entertainment spaces including a grand open staircase and wrap-around living room. A large euro-style kitchen features beech-wood cabinets, solid-surface countertops and remarkable views of the lake.
